The BSGI is pleased to announce that Angie White has been confirmed as part of the faculty for this year’s Annual Scientific Meeting ASM, further strengthening an already outstanding programme.
Angie will be leading an advanced stream workshop on pelvic venous disorders, offering delegates a valuable opportunity to gain specialist insight into this complex and evolving area of practice. Her session will focus on the role of ultrasound in the assessment of pelvic venous disease, including its application in patient selection and procedural planning, making it particularly relevant for those looking to advance their clinical expertise.
Angie White is an experienced, US-trained diagnostic and vascular sonographer with specialist expertise in pelvic venous disorders and complex gynaecological ultrasound. She is a Lecturer at Brunel University of London, past Ultrasound Practice Educator for the North Central London Imaging Academy, and current Project Lead for AUGMENT, a London-wide initiative evaluating advanced gynaecological ultrasound training and workforce support.
She brings broad cross-specialty ultrasound experience to the assessment of pelvic venous disease, supporting interventional teams in patient selection and procedural planning. Angie has published and presented internationally on pelvic venous reflux and pelvic congestion syndrome and sits on multiple national sonographic committees.
This workshop is expected to be highly popular, and with tickets for the ASM extremely limited, early registration is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment.
