We couldn’t be prouder of our BSGI president, Leena Gokhale, who deservedly received a BAPIO National Award for ” Women’s Role Model of the Year”.  The peer nominated award ceremony took place at Old Trafford Cricket Club, Manchester.

The British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) works to promote diversity and inclusion within the medical profession, providing opportunities for professional development, networking, and mentorship. The association also engages in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and address the challenges faced by its members, while contributing to the advancement of medical research and education.
